My birthday is fast approaching! These were taken on my first birthday! For the last few years I have wanted to be able to look at these pictures everyday-- this is what happens when you become a grandmother! Now thanks to this blog and flickr I can view these photos of myself with my parents whenever.

I actually have a picture of my "one" peony. It is beautiful, I will try and get it on here for you to see.
Just one?! good god girl, give that plant some major fertilizer or something. well at least one is better than nothing (like the other years. maybe next year you will be filling the vase (yea right)
